CLAIRE FRIED
Claire Fried is a native of Portsmouth, Ohio. She attended the Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English, graduating summa cum laude. Claire went on to receive her Master of Arts in English in 1993. Immediately following graduation, she was accepted in to the prestigious Duke University School of Law and began practicing in 1996.
Claire continued her advancement in law and was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 1999. Over the years, Claire has handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases that were successfully filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Claire is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and also serves her community through her Vice Presidency on the Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library Board of Trustees. She has two children who attend a local Chillicothe elementary school.
 KARRIE SOUTHERN
Karrie Southern, Bankruptcy Department Supervisor, is a native to Chillicothe, OH and a graduate of Chillicothe High School. She graduated from Ohio University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communication and is currently enrolled in Capital University Law School. She has been working with Claire on bankruptcy cases since 2004. Karrie lives in Chillicothe with her husband and two children. |

 ASHLEY JOHNSON
Ashley Johnson is a native of West Portsmouth, Ohio and a graduate of Portsmouth West High School. She graduated from Shawnee State University in 2004 with an Associate’s Degree of Applied Business with Legal Assisting. She is also currently attending Ohio University to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Technical Studies. She resides in Waverly with her husband and daughter. |

Melinda is a native of Chillicothe, Ohio and a graduate of Southeastern High School. She graduated from Shawnee State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and a concentration in Legal Assisting. She currently resides in Ray, Ohio with her husband. |

 RIKKI RINEHART
Rikki Rinehart is a native of Chillicothe, Ohio and a graduate of Union Scioto High School. She graduated from Southeastern Business College in 1999 with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She lives in Chillicothe with her two sons. |
